Real estate searches have skyrocketed by 253% in the past four years. And according to the NAR, 90% of home buyers searched online for their next home, with 69% of home shoppers using terms like “Las Vegas homes for sale” to begin their search.
Despite this, many brokerages, offices, and even MLSs rely on outdated website technology that does not allow them to compete with the big guys in their local search results.
